1. Front doorReleased

   • The front door: who needs a check, the three application types, the documents to prepare, what happens next.

2. Applications and trackingReleased

   • The three application forms (SC 001, SC 002, SC 003) with documents and signature.
   • Application tracking by reference and NIN.
   • Certificate check by QR code.
   • Applicant links: continue a draft, upload documents, withdraw, reinstate, report a change.

3. Staff back officeNext

   • Staff sign-in, the applications register and the case page with its recorded steps.
   • Document verification, background checks, determination, certificate preparation and the Director's endorsement.
   • Outbound e-mail log and staff notifications.

4. Certificates and renewalsNext

   • Certificate PDFs with the Director's signature and QR verification.
   • Renewal reminders, expiry and re-assessment.
   • Dashboards and reports.
